IA Consultant
Major Responsibilities:
1.Work as part of the team for IA consulting projects;
2.Prepare documents,client proposals and reports;
3.Research for lates IA trends and industry standards;
4.Assist to develop different IA consulting solutions for the client;
5.Analyze client issues and provide IA advices to the clients;
6.Liaise with clients throughout the projects.
Qualification and Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline(e.g.Accountnig,Finance or Business related field)required;
2.1+year of relevant IA working experience;
3.Good command of English and Mandarin;
4.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
5.Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills;
6.Occasional travel will be required.
7.ACCA preferred.
IA Senior Consultant
Major Responsibilities:
1.The senior consultant has primary responsibility for direct supervision of Consultants in executing project work plans.
2.The senior consultant has direct,client-facing engagement responsibilities.Serving as both role model and trainer.
3.The senior consultant demonstrates the attributes of excellent client service and assists team members in developing technical and professional competency.
4.The senior consultant learns to identify areas of risk and opportunities to improve business processes.
Specific Responsibilities:
1.Execute internal audit project under the supervision of project manager;
2.Perform data analysis to find issues and provide recommendations for resolution;
3.reviewing,documenting,evaluating and testing controls in a wide range of environments and developing effective solutions;
4.Prepare internal audit report or project closing reoprt for manager review;
5.Apply understanding of Protiviti methodologies and business processes in consulting projects;
6.Develop understanding of project requirement and client's business;
7.Ensure timely completion of assigned project phases;
8.Develop and maintain effective client relationships;
9.Supervise and train project personnel.
Qualification and Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline(e.g.Accountnig,Finance or Business related field)required;
2.3+year of relevant in a related field(including internal control concepts,accounting and auditing processes and methodologies),preferably in professional services;
3.Professional Certification such as CIA,CPA,ACCA strongly preferred;
4.Strong analytical skills and learning capability for new techniques;
5.Prior project management and supervisory skills;
6.Travel throughout the month frequently required based on client requests/commitments
