一、我们先来看看改革后的P1P3怎么考吧！

Strategic Business Leader(以下统一简称SBL)是综合案例题目测试，考试总时长为4小时，从样卷信息来看SBL考试共分3个大题以及若干个小题。

从样卷信息来看，SBL第一大题占到了60分，第二三题总共40分，考核的问题围绕一个大的Case展开，起码5页纸以上的阅读量，总分里大约有有80%是硬性技能分数，如商业模型运用等，20%则为软实力专业技能，如职业敏感度。

职业敏感度主要考察考生是否具有企业高管的专业素养，能否第一时间发现问题，并在紧张压力下有条不紊滴提供解决方案，具体体现在设计灵活且横向的跨部门有效协调机制、立体商业嗅觉展现、分析态度、怀疑态度以及综合测评能力。

Apply high level financial techniques from Skills exams in the planning,implementation and evaluation of strategic options and actions.

Enable success through innovative thinking,applying best in class strategies and disruptive technologies in the management of change;initiating,leading and organising projects,while effectively managing talent and other business

Apply a range of Professional Skills in addressing requirements within the

Strategic Leader examination and in preparation for,or to support,current work experience.
